What's in a Name?

Today's Straits Times:
Lots, if the names fit people's jobs.
And came a strand of examples of pairing up of names and jobs altogether.
Stereotypes? Coincidence? True to some extent?
Compare and constrast it with the lines from Romeo and Juliet:
'What's in a name? That which we call a rose. By any other name would smell as sweet.
Names are just meaningless labels we put on things.
